Students from Dr. Rosa Minoka-Hill School, John Dewey Academy of Learning, Northeast Wisconsin Innovation, East High School, Preble High School, Southwest High School, and West High School attended the second annual Brown County Hiring Fair on April 25, 2024.
The hiring fair was sponsored and hosted by Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) and the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance (NEWMA).
Employers in attendance were required to have entry level positions available with a starting wage of at least $16 per hour and benefits.
Students had the opportunity to learn about current job openings, network with area employers, and apply for positions of interest with the support of volunteers.
